Between 2020 and 2024, Lead at Any Level® partnered with various Microsoft teams across multiple regions and business units, including the Hola ERG, Business Operations (MBO), Global Tax Team (Ireland), LATAM division, Cloud Team, and the Finance Rotation Program (FRP). These engagements focused on inclusive leadership, strengths-based development, and practical strategies for employee engagement, especially in hybrid and global environments.
Engagement Snapshot
What began as a pivot from in-person to virtual programming in 2020 evolved into a years-long partnership spanning webinars, live trainings, assessments, and coaching across business units and continents. From inclusive networking strategies to leadership development for early-career professionals, the breadth of services offered reflected both the diversity of Microsoft's workforce and the adaptability of Lead at Any Level’s programs.
Project Scope
Over four years, Lead at Any Level® delivered more than a dozen leadership development programs across six Microsoft departments, reaching audiences in North America, Latin America, and Europe. Topics ranged from inclusive networking and managing through change to building strengths-based teams and leading career conversations.
We facilitated CliftonStrengths® programming for the Microsoft Business Operations (MBO) team in early 2021, including two virtual workshops, 400 assessments, and 50 one-on-one coaching sessions. Additional strengths-based workshops followed for the Global Tax Team (Ireland), the Finance Rotation Program (Redmond), and the Cloud Team, with a total of more than 190 participants completing CliftonStrengths assessments over multiple sessions.
Other highlights included virtual leadership and career development workshops for the Hola ERG, LATAM division, and H/L Team—often leading to repeat engagements or cross-team referrals. Each session was tailored to the audience’s needs and praised for its clarity, relevance, and immediate applicability.
Results & Impact
Lead at Any Level® consistently received high marks for relevance, engagement, and practicality across audiences and regions. Participant feedback highlighted improved self-awareness, enhanced appreciation for individual and team strengths, and actionable strategies for navigating change, networking effectively, and growing as leaders.
Clients praised the alignment of each session with team goals, the ease of working with Lead at Any Level®, and the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences—including international and hybrid teams. Many engagements led directly to repeat invitations, referrals across teams, and long-term relationships with Microsoft professionals.
